本規約は、Kent Campbellが運営するKent's Business English（ケントのビジネス英語）のウェブサイトおよびオンライン個別指導に適用されます。お申し込み前に、本規約とプランの内容をご確認ください。
1. サービスの内容・提供方法
会議、プレゼン、面接など、仕事で必要な英語を練習するオンラインのマンツーマン指導です。物品の発送はなく、送料もかかりません。レッスン日時とタイムゾーンは事前に確認し、接続方法は受講前にご案内します。受講に必要な端末、インターネット接続、マイク等はお客様にご準備いただきます。接続上の問題がある場合は速やかにご連絡ください。
2. 予約・料金・お支払い
無料相談は予約ページからお申し込みください。有料プランの料金、通貨、回数、時間、支払方法・期限、適用される税金、有効期限は、お申し込み前に提示する内容に従います。不明な点は購入前にお問い合わせください。連絡先と予約情報は正確に入力し、変更がある場合はお知らせください。将来の料金変更によって、すでに合意した購入内容が一方的に変更されることはありません。
3. キャンセル・日程変更・返金
開始時刻の24時間前までのご連絡で、追加料金なしでキャンセルまたは日程変更ができます。レッスン回数は消化されず、元の有効期限内の空き枠で振替できます。24時間以内のご連絡は事情と空き状況に応じて個別に検討し、振替は保証されません。
購入済みパッケージは、適用法令により必要な場合を除き返金いたしません。有効期限は購入前に確認し、お申し込み時にご案内します。有効期限の延長はできず、日程変更によっても変わりません。予約のキャンセルはパッケージ代金の返金を意味しません。詳しくはキャンセル・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。講師側の事情で実施できない場合は、速やかにご連絡し、振替その他の対応をご相談します。
4. 教材・受講中のマナー
教材は個人の学習目的でご利用ください。許可のない再販売、公開、転載、レッスンの録音・録画はお控えください。ご自身が共有する資料について、共有する権限があることをご確認ください。嫌がらせ、不正アクセス、なりすまし、第三者の権利を侵害する行為は禁止します。重大な違反がある場合、サービスを停止することがあります。精算や返金の扱いは、本規約と適用法令に従います。
5. 学習成果・外部サービス
学習成果は、受講者の状況や練習量等によって異なります。特定の試験結果、採用、昇進、商談成果を保証するものではありません。Shopify、Calendly等の外部サービスをご利用の際は、各サービスの規約やプライバシー方針もご確認ください。
6. 個人情報
個人情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。業務資料を共有する際は、機密情報や第三者の個人情報を必要に応じて匿名化してください。
7. 適用法令・規約の変更
本規約には、カナダ・アルバータ州の法律および同州に適用されるカナダの法律が適用されます。ただし、お客様に適用される強行的な消費者保護その他の権利を制限しません。紛争についてはまず下記窓口へご連絡ください。裁判管轄はアルバータ州の裁判所としますが、適用法令による管轄の権利は妨げません。
本規約の一部が無効となっても、その他の部分は適用法令の範囲で有効です。更新時はこのページの更新日を改訂し、重要な変更は必要に応じてお知らせします。購入済みサービスの条件を変更する場合は、適用法令に従って対応します。

These terms apply to the website and online individual coaching provided by Kent's Business English, operated by Kent Campbell. Please review these terms and the relevant plan details before enrolling.
1. Coaching and delivery
We provide online one-to-one practice for business English, including meetings, presentations and interviews. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fees apply. Session times and time zones are confirmed in advance, and connection details are provided before the lesson. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and microphone. Please contact us promptly if you have connection problems.
2. Booking, prices and payment
Free consultations are booked through our scheduling page. Paid plan prices, currency, number and length of sessions, payment methods and deadlines, applicable taxes and expiry dates are those presented before purchase. Ask about anything unclear before paying. Please provide accurate contact and booking information and tell us of changes. Future price changes do not unilaterally change an already agreed purchase.
3. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
With at least 24 hours' notice before a lesson starts, you may cancel or reschedule without an additional fee. The session is not deducted from your package and may be rebooked, subject to availability, within the original expiry date. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered individually; a replacement session is not guaranteed.
Packages are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The expiry date is confirmed before purchase and provided when you enrol. It cannot be extended, including when a lesson is rescheduled. Cancelling a booking does not create a right to a package refund. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details. If the coach cannot deliver a session, we will contact you promptly to discuss rescheduling or another appropriate resolution.
4. Materials and conduct
Coaching materials are for your personal learning. Do not resell, publish or redistribute them, or record sessions, without permission. Make sure you have authority to share any materials you provide. Harassment, unauthorized access, impersonation and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. Serious violations may result in suspension of service; any settlement or refund is handled under these terms and applicable law.
5. Outcomes and external services
Progress varies with your circumstances and practice. We do not guarantee particular examination results, employment, promotion or business outcomes. When using external services such as Shopify or Calendly, please also review their terms and privacy policies.
6. Personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please anonymize confidential information and other people's personal information in work materials before sharing them as appropriate.
7. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you. Please contact us first about any dispute. Courts in Alberta have jurisdiction, subject to any rights to another forum under applicable law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We will update this page and its date when terms change and provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
