Kent's Business English（運営・個人情報窓口：Kent Campbell）は、オンラインのビジネス英語コーチング、無料相談の予約、お問い合わせ、および本ウェブサイトの利用に関する個人情報を、以下のとおり取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報と利用目的
お名前、メールアドレス、連絡内容、予約日時・タイムゾーン、学習目的、英語学習に必要な職務上の背景、お客様が共有する練習資料やレッスン記録を、相談への回答、日程調整、レッスンの提供・改善、進捗の確認に利用します。有料サービスをご利用の場合は、請求先情報、支払状況、購入したプランなどを、決済・会計・契約管理に必要な範囲で扱います。機密資料や第三者の個人情報は、必要箇所を匿名化してから共有してください。
サイトの利用時には、Shopify等のサービスを通じて、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザー情報、閲覧状況、Cookie等の情報が処理される場合があります。これらはサイトの動作、安全性、設定の保存、および有効になっている分析・広告機能に使用されます。分析・広告のために同意が必要な場合は、その選択に従います。宣伝メールは適用法令に従って送信し、配信停止の方法を設けます。予約やレッスンに必要な連絡は別途お送りします。

5. 開示・訂正・削除等のご相談

Kent's Business English, operated by Kent Campbell, handles personal information relating to online business English coaching, consultation bookings, enquiries and this website as described below.
1. Information and purposes
We use your name, email address, correspondence, booking time and time zone, learning goals, relevant professional background, practice materials you share and lesson records to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, review progress and improve coaching. For paid services, we process billing details, payment status and plan information as needed for payment, accounting and administration. Please anonymize confidential work materials and other people's personal information before sharing them.
Shopify and other website services may process your IP address, device and browser information, usage information and cookies. These support website operation, security, preferences and any enabled analytics or advertising features. Where consent is required for analytics or advertising, processing follows your choices. Promotional email is sent in accordance with applicable requirements and includes an unsubscribe option. Essential booking and coaching messages are separate.
2. Service providers and disclosure
We use Shopify for this website and Calendly for scheduling. Email, online meeting, storage and payment providers may process information needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information at your request or with your consent, or as permitted or required by applicable law.
