キャンセル・日程変更・返金について

オンライン個別指導のキャンセル・返金に関するご案内です。

レッスン開始時刻の24時間前までのご連絡で、追加料金なしでキャンセルまたは日程変更ができます。レッスン回数は消化されず、元の有効期限内の空き枠で振替できます。24時間以内のご連絡は事情と空き状況に応じて個別に検討し、振替は保証されません。

購入済みパッケージは、適用法令により必要な場合を除き返金いたしません。有効期限は購入前に確認し、お申し込み時にご案内します。有効期限の延長はできず、日程変更によっても変わりません。予約のキャンセルはパッケージ代金の返金を意味しません。

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule online coaching with at least 24 hours' notice without an additional fee. The lesson is not deducted from your package and may be rebooked, subject to availability, within its original expiry date. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are considered individually; a replacement session is not guaranteed.

Packages are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Expiry dates are confirmed before purchase and provided when you enrol. They cannot be extended, including when a lesson is rescheduled. Cancelling a booking does not create a right to a package refund.
